@Koroku Hachisuka was a boss to rule Kawanami people who lived in Kiso
river coast district at the border of Mino and Owari region. He worked
with Shouemon Maeno and later with Hideyoshi. Hachisuka family was a
powerful family, which rules Owari region. Koroku served Dosan Saito
first, and Hideyoshi later.
@He mostly lived in Miyaushiro, his mother's hometown, and his uncle's
house was happened to be called as Hachisuka mansion. Then, at the beginning
of Eiroku era, he lived in Ikoma mansion, the house of Nobunaga's concubine,
Kitsuno, with Hideyoshi and got acquaint with Nobunaga and Hideyoshi,
and the relation of the master and servant were established.
@At the battle of Okehazama, which Nobunaga commanded to unify the
country, Koroku did splendid work on espionage strategy. After that,
he built Sunomata one night castle with Hideyoshi.
In all strategy for Hideyoshi to conquer the country after the death
of Nobunaga, Koroku was always in charge, and led enemies to destroy
with his knowledge.
@In 1586, by the age of 61, Koroku died. The body was buried in Kokuon
temple in Osaka.
